Vault Gallery Return Policy

At Vault Gallery, every piece is created with intention and released in limited quantities. Because of this, we keep returns very limited.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Vault Gallery is not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing (please review size guides before purchasing)
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
